Training, what great fun!

JANUARY 5th - Congratulations Abby Collins.  Abby scored a career high 15 points in one game during the basketball tournament CHS played in during Christmas Vacation.  The tournament was in Florida which was won by Cookeville High School.  Abby attends training faithfully when she is not playing basketball.


DECEMBER 23rd - CONGRATULATIONS PATTI JORDAN.  Saturday the 17th was the 100th training session PATTI has attended.  College scholarship offer to play college soccer is well deserved.  PATTI first attended training in 2008.  Considering she played travel soccer the past few years having had games or practices on many Saturdays which kept her from training makes her accomplishment all the more impressive.  She has added as much to the sessions as she has gotten out of them. 

DECEMBER 23rd - CONGRATULTIONS ABBY COLLINS.  ABBY has become a starter on the Cookeville High School basketball team.  ABBY is very faithful training with us many months of the year and hopes to be back with us in January.
 




NOVEMBER 18th - ABBY SPITLER was named Cumberland County High School MVP and first team All-District at their recent banquet.   Congratulations ABBY.  TJ GODSEY was named offensive MVP.  Congratulations TJ.


NOVEMBER 12th - PATTI JORDAN scored 27 goals for Stone Memorial High School this past season setting a record that will probably not be broken for a long time.  Patti received a scholarship offer this week to play for Tusculum College.  CONGRATULATIONS PATTI.  LAUREN ROLLER was named to the All District first team for Warren County.  CONGRATUALITONS LAUREN.  MCKENZIE McCLOUD was named the Rookie Of The Year for Cookeville High School.  CONGRATUALITONS MCKENZIE. 


NOVEMBER 1st -
Smith County Sophomore SHELBY DENNIS was named All District First Team member and Smith County High School Girls Soccer Team MVP at their banquet tonight.  Shelby started training with us 17 months ago having been extremely faithful month in and month out.  Traveling such a long distance to attend training has been a testimony to her dedication and her parents commitment.  SHELBY has a most loving heart and great personality to go with her talent!  Congratulations SHELBY, on a well deserved award and Ricky and Crystal on a well deserved reward!   


OCTOBER 26th - Congratulations SKYLER SMITH, ALANA STEIN, ABBY COLLINS and MCKENZIE McCLOUD.  They all played a key roll in helping COOKEVILLE  beat Cleveland. Their win secured a spot in the Sectional Tournament (First ever for Cookeville) as well as the Region Championship Thursday the 27th against Soddy Daisy.  ALANA and SKYLER are Seniors at CHS.  They both first trained with us in 6th grade.  MCKENZIE first attended over four years ago and ABBY going on two years. Both of these girls are Sophomores.  ALANA, MCKENZIE and ABBY all attended training this Summer and Fall. 

OCTOBER 26th - Congratulations LAUREN ROLLER.  Soddy Daisy has only given up two goals in the past nine games one of which was scored by LAUREN.  LAUREN is a Junior at Warren County high school.

OCTOBER 26th - Congratulations BARBARA NIGRO.  She scored a hat trick to help Livingston Academy advance to the Region Tournament.  MIKAYLA THOMPSON scored the lone goal in the previous game and continued to play great soccer to add to the success of LA in District play.

OCTOBER 26th
- MAKENNA MASON continues to lead her team in assists and goals as they remain undefeated. Keep it going MAKENNA. 





OCTOBER 14th - ABBY ROLLER scored both goals for her Murfreesboro travel team as they tied Smyrna 2 - 2.  Congratulations Abby. 

OCTOBER 14th - MAKENNA MASON scored three goals  to keep her team undefeated for the season as she continues to be the leading scorer on her team.  MAKENNA and ABBY ROLLER will be playing together for Warren County high school some day which makes the future for that team look bright. 


OCTOBER 10th - Lauren Roller scored the only goal for Warren County in their loss to Soddy Daisy.  Soddy Daisy is currently ranked 5th in the state.  It was a great looking goal.  Congratulations Lauren. 

OCTOBER 5th - Congratulations ABBY COLLINS and MCKENZIE McCLOUD.  Both scored goals recently for CHS when they were moved up to offense from their defensive positions. 



OCTOBER  5th - Congratulations to the Algood girls on their middle school tournament win.  Picture on the picture page.  Congratulations to CALLIE KESTY scoring four goals during the semi-finals and finals for Overton County.  Congratulations are also in order for the Cumberland County girls who lost their semi-final game during the second over time period.  All reports say it was a great game by both teams. 

OCTOBER 5th - Congratulations MADISON MASON scoring three goals in the semi-final and final tournament game for Warren County Middle School which lost the championship game 3 - 2. MAKENNA MASON continues to have great success on her team scoring goals, making assists and playing great defense. 



SEPTEMBER 30th - LAUREN ROLLER for WARREN COUNTY and PATTI JORDAN for STONE MEMORIAL continue to earn lots of crowd praise for their exceptional ball handling skills and goals.  Both have scored a bunch of goals this week alone.  They have trained together for more than three years on a consistent basis reaping the awards of their efforts being the best of the best on their teams.  

SEPTEMBER 30th - ABBY COLLINS and MCKENZIE McCLOUD have become key to Cookeville highs recent run of successful games.  HANNAH DUNN scored a goal from field play which makes this talented goalie all the more impressive.  ALANA STEIN scored again adding to her total of goals the past few weeks as SKYLER SMITH has been solid in goal as usual. 

SEPTEMBER 30th - BETSY TRAINHAM scored for Smith County off an assist from a SHELBY DENNIS shot to help her team give York a scare. BETSY, SHELBY, and SAVANNAH CULBREATH all went all out to tie Dekalb County the 29th which was impressive to say the least after they lost to Dekalb 7 - 0 two weeks ago.

SEPTEMBER 30th -  MADISON MASON has been leading Warren County Middle School in goals and assists.  MAKENNA MASON had all four assists in her recent game as well as  scoring 19 of her teams 28 points in the 5th thourgh 6th basketball game the night before.  MAKENNA is only in 4th grade and MADISON is still in 7th which makes their accomplishments all the more impressive. 

SEPTEMBER 30th - Reports of CALLIE KESTY playing great soccer for Overton County controlling the mid-field as well as scoring goals.

SEPTEMBER 30th - HOPE DUNN, SARAH GAW, MORIAH STUMP all scored goals for Algood this week.  Congratulations girls.


SEPTEMBER 14th - KAT is back training again at UNC.  She has made great progress in a short time coming off the ankle injury. Will she play this weekend against NC State?  Only time will tell but we do know she will be ready!

SEPTEMBER 14th
- PATTI JORDAN scored three goals in Stone Memorials win Tuesday evening.  LAUREN ROLLER scored again for Warren County to add to her season totals.  MADISON MASON and MEKENNA MASON each scored goals in recent games.  Lots of good reports which are fun to hear. 


SEPTEMBER 12th - LAUREN ROLLER, ALANA STEIN, MADISON MASON, had a successful week on offense while JOANNA PAZ, MCKENZIE McCLOUD, ABBY COLLINS, CALLIE KESTY, BARBARA and STORM NIGRO, along with EMMIE ACUFF had good games in the field from the reports received. LAUREN continues with the hot foot for Warren County scoring once again while MADISON had two goals and two assists for Warren Middle against White Middle while ALANA scored two for Cookeville High School against Coffee County to help give CHS the win. 



SEPTEMBER 3rd - LAUREN ROLLER, PATTI JORDAN, MADISON MASON, CALLIE KESTY all scored goals this past week to continue their hot foot offensive work.  LAUREN had two of the first three goals in the first half against White County for her Warren County team.  Patti continues to lead Stone Memorial high school  MADISON is a hot foot for Warren Middle.  CALLIE scored against Cumberland County United in her teams win.   



AUGUST 30th - How great it is to see these middle school girls that attend our training sessions have success.  MADISON MASON added two more goals against Franklin County in Warren County's last night.  MIRANDA MELLETTE leads Cumberland United in wins over Putnam, Avery Trace, and Fentress County with 4 goals, KATIE FAGAN had two goals in these games, MERCY MCCLUNG had two along with KEELA KIMRO, KAYDE JOHNSON, ALLISON GRAHAM, while JORDAN HEDGECOTH and KYNDEL each added one as they outscored their three opponents 15 to 0. 

AUGUST 30th - The disappointment KAT NIGRO, family, and friends felt when she suffered an ankle injury only a minute prior to the Houston game, when she collided with a teammate, is lightened by the fact her teammates and the girl she collided with have all been so supportive and encouraging to KAT.  Really great teammates there at UNC.  We give thanks that it is not a injury that may take her out for the season.  At the moment it looks like she may return to training within three weeks. Please pray for her recovery.  I know she really appreciates all the loving notes so many friends have sent her way! 


AUGUST 24th - Congratulations to the following in their respective games Tuesday evening.  PATTI JORDAN with 4 goals against Olive Springs.  ABBY SPITLER and TJ GODSEY with goals against White County.  ANNALEE CUNNINGHAM with a goal against CCHS.  MADISON MASON with 2 goals against Franklin North.

AUGUST 22nd - PATTI JORDAN scored 4 goals in Stone Memorials 5 - 0 win Saturday. 

AUGUST 22nd - CALLIE KESTY scored the first goal of the season for Overton County as they won their first game of the season. Congratulations CALLIE.

- KELSY ROBERSON had 63 minutes of play time in UT Martins win this past weekend. 




AUGUST 18th - MIKAYLA THOMPSON had two goals and BARBAR NIGRO had three in LAs win over White County.  Congratulations girls.

AUGUST 18th - KATIE FAGAN scored the game winning goal in Crossville for the 1 - 0 win against Jackson County Middle School.  MIRANDA MELLETT got the assist with a very nice pass. 

AUGUST 18th - HANNAH DUNN broke her thumb last Saturday during the training session.  She played very well in goal against Tullahoma last week and was off to a great start this season for CHS.  We pray she will heal soon and be able to see lots of action this season. 

AUGUST 10th - PATTI JORDAN suffered a broken nose Tuesday evening in the Stone Memorial vs. Clinton High School game.  PATTI was still in the hospital when we talked to her last night.  We will post how she is doing as soon as we hear.


AUGUST 10th
- MADISON MASON scored both goals as Warren County Middle School beat Shelbyville.  MADISON used one of the moves we had been working on to beat their goalie which was great to hear.
